Beredskapslyftet is a Swedish non-profit organization dedicated to uniting civil society and businesses during times of crisis to support vulnerable groups. Since the onset of the full-scale invasion, the organization has been actively assisting Ukrainians in Sweden by offering educational and recreational activities for children, employment opportunities for adults, cultural events, and initiatives to raise public awareness about the war in Ukraine.
Reskilling Ukraine is the first Beredskapslyftet project fully implemented in Ukraine since October 2023.
Reskilling Ukraine project is co-funded via the international development cooperation program by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sweden, Swedish private foundations, and businesses.

The BusDrive program focuses on preparing women for careers as public bus drivers. Similar to the OnTrack program, it offers:
Iron Women is a free reskilling program for women, offering training as excavator operators and wheel loader drivers. Organized by Beredskapslyftet, Volvo Group, and ETS Group, the course includes theoretical and practical modules, culminating in certification. The program covers all expenses, including training, accommodation, and aims to empower women with skills in the construction equipment industry. A pilot group of 12 participants will undergo the training from October to December 2024.
