#OnTrack: training women to become truck drivers

OnTrack program is tailored to train women in the profession of truck driving. This program includes:

  1. Standard Course: conducted by a certified driving school.
  2. State Exam: preparation and support for passing the necessary state exams.
  3. Additional Program by Scania: specialized training provided by our partner, Scania Ukraine. 
  4. First Aid Training: essential first aid skills for handling emergencies.
  5. Site Visits: Practical visits to learn more about the profession and its requirements.
  6. Follow-up on Career Development: Ongoing support to ensure successful career progression.

#BusDrive: training women to become public bus drivers

The BusDrive program focuses on preparing women for careers as public bus drivers. Similar to the OnTrack program, it offers:

  • Comprehensive driver education.
  • First Aid Training. 
  • Professional certification.
  • Follow-up on career development.

  • support rebuilding of Ukraine;
  • empower women for economic participation;
  • promote European values of diversity and inclusion.

What?

Reskilling program for women in Ukraine helping them acquire professions of truck and bus driver.

Who?

  • veterans;
  • Internally displaced persons (IDPs);
  • single mothers or women over 50 y.o.;
  • family members of service members;
  • other women willing to change profession.
